In
Chinese astrology, we typically count months in accordance with the Chinese
Solar calendar. Since each month starts on different dates (between 3rd and 8th), our Monthly Chinese Astrology posts will
inform you about this, so that you can be aware of which month is currently on.
Each of the twelve months is ruled by one Branch, also known as the Chinese
Astrology sign (Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon,
Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, Pig, Rat and Ox). These twelve Branches
differ mutually, and their relationships are complex (read more in other posts or my Chinese Astrology book:
geni.us/BaZiHandbook).
Just
as it occurs in life, some Branches love one another’s company; while others
can appear to be hostile, hurtful or damaging to a lesser or larger extent.
This is why I created these Monthly Chinese Astrology posts: to update you
about how good a specific month is/can be for you. So, let’s say you were born in the Rooster
day (you can calculate your Ba Zi chart
for free on: bit.ly/BaZiCalculate)…
For you as a Rooster, the Rabbit month
brings Clash, thus, some kind of distress may possibly happen to you. You may
be tense, as you could meet hostile or unresponsive people more often, etc.
But, when the Dragon, Snake or Ox months come, you may experience better people
and relationship luck, which is indicated by the ‘’Combine with” in every
Monthly Post. Clashes, Harms, Punishments and Destructions all indicate some
kind of distress (Harms and Clashes
typically have the strongest impact).
Now,
you may want to ask what about Peach Blossom, Nobleman and Sky Horse?
This
is very simple: when you enter your Peach Blossom month, you realize that it
favors romance and networking. Nobleman Star brings people willing to help,
benefactors and teachers, while Sky Horse is favorable for trips.
